The stay was really nice. The room was bright and incredible and the bathroom was good. The staff were very helpful and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. It was in an absolutely perfect location just off beach and deep water and the port and harbour. The food was excellent and appetising.

This place is clean, offers sea views, the rooms are neat and practical with clean towels, and the location is exceptionally nice, making us willing to stay here again.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a big and comfortable bed, and the view from the balcony overlooking the beach and sea was amazing. The location was also excellent, with a short walk to the marina and center. The staff, especially Şaban at the reception, were always helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at Pasifik Otel. The view of Chios was stunning and the small beach right outside the hotel was a great convenience. We loved the short walk to the marina and city center. The reception staff, especially Şaban, were always friendly and helpful. Our room was consistently clean, and we always had a restful sleep. We were originally planning to stay for 7 days but extended for 3 more because of the hotel's charm and the beauty of the surrounding area. We will definitely be returning to Pasifik Otel. Had a great city break at this hotel. Loved the ocean views from all rooms and the beach right in front. The breakfast venue on the terrace was also a highlight. Plus, the hotel has made significant improvements in their services since previous reviews.

The restaurant and waiters were a letdown. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable with their unprofessional behavior.
